Hibiscus is a member of Hibiscus sabdariffa family (please don't take if you are allergic) and is a commonly used medicinal herb for centuries that can be made into tinctures, teas, ointments and salves. 

 

  • For ingestion, add 1 full dropper to 2 oz of water or juice 2 to 5 times a day. Best taken between meals.
  • For oral rinse, add 1 full dropper to 2 oz of water and gargle 2 to 3 times a day.

 

Shake well before use
