How long does it take for an order from Lillians Apothecary to be shipped and what factors could affect the delivery time?

Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days after your order is received. However, please note that delivery times may be affected by external factors such as inclement weather or post office closures. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
What's the return policy?

If your product arrive broken or damaged, please contact within 24 hours of delivery for a refund request. All sales and clearance items are final sale. Please contact customerservice@lilliansapothecary.com.
Are your products sustainable?

We strive to be as sustainable as possible. Our products like tinctures, salves, lotions and soaps come in glass containers and any plastic we use is recyclable. Our shipping containers are recyclable as well as the packaging. As we learn how to be more sustainable we will swap out products!
